Nice, they look good Thomas - generic neutral pants (khaki in this case) + "quarter" pattern on the top only is win. I wish I had done this with my novamarines scouts to made them stand out a bit.
Your bases are also getting to be amazing quality. Starting with your IG heavy weapons teams that I saw, to my dark elf team and now these I am very impressed. Love the piece of slate the one guy is standing on.
